APPLICATIONS FOR THE 2024-25 SCHOOL YEAR OPEN OCTOBER 17, 2023
To begin the application process, please click the "Create an Account" tab at the top of this page to create an application account. From there, you will be instructed to create a login, password, and verify your email via a message to your email account.
You have the flexibility to log in and out of your application account without losing your data as it will autosave. There will be a green check mark for each section once you have completed all required fields.
3. Review and Submit & Pay Application Fee
Once all required fields of the application are complete, you must select "Review & Submit." You will then be instructed to pay the application fee of $50. The application fee for international students is $350.
4. Request/Submit Required Documents
Please be sure that all required documents are provided to the admissions office:
Enrollment or Transfer in Grade 9
1. Copy of birth certificate
2. Copy of most recent report card
3. Copy of 7th grade ILEARN (or most recent standardized test score)
4. If a student has a 504, ISP (Individual Service Plan) or IEP (Individual Education Plan), submit a copy of the 504, ISP or IEP and the latest Educational Evaluation
Transferring to CLHS (Grades 10-12)
1. Copy of birth certificate
2. Copy of unofficial high school transcript
3. Copy of student's latest standardized test scores
4. If a student has a 504, ISP (Individual Service Plan) or IEP (Individual Education Plan), submit a copy of the 504, ISP or IEP and the latest Educational Evaluation
International Students
1. Translated to English Report Card
2. Copy of TOEFL Results (a paper score of 550 or higher OR an online score of 79 or higher)
3. Birth Certificate
